Question - How much in advance would I need to book an event or catering?
Answer - It is best to book your event about 4 weeks in advance. It also depends on the size of your order, please contact us for availability. May-September is our peak season and events should be booked several months in advanced to ensure availability.
Question - Can I sample the food?
Answer - Because we are in a secure facility and the food is made to order, it would be difficult to create small portions of our entrees for testing. Our customer base is mainly through referrals, and we'll be more than glad to provide you with references.
Question - Can I pick up the food at The Luau Factory facility?
Answer - Because we are in a secured building, we will always provide delivery of our entrees.
Question - How many people can The Luau Factory cater to?
Answer - We cater for any amount from 50-1000 people.
Question - Does The Luau Factory provide flatware?
Answer - At this time, with every full service catering, we provide disposable plates, napkins and utensils. We will be more than glad to refer you to a rental company that can provide you with china and silverware.
Question - What does your full service catering include?
Answer - Menu planning assistance, buffet coordination, food delivery and a minimum of two staff persons will set up the food with chafers and warmers that we provide with serving utensils. Chafing fuel and buffet table decorations are included. The staff will rotate the food and break down the service line after guests are finished. Remaining food will be packed in leftover boxes. Additional staff for serving and bartending will be charged.
Question - Does your bartender provide the alcohol?
Answer - No. The Luau Factory provides a bartender to mix and serve drinks; the host will provide all the necessary alcohol and glasses.

After the Quote is accepted and the Deposit is paid, any cancellation 30 days before the event date will incur a 20% Cancellation Fee of the Quote Total.
After the Quote is accepted and the Deposit is paid, any cancellation within 2 weeks before the event date will incur a 50% Cancellation Fee of the Quote Total (in effect, a non-refundable Deposit).
