Hawaiian Catering Services
The Full Service Menu options include: menu planning, delivery of the food, on site buffet coordination, two staff to setup the buffet table with warming chafers, chafing fuel, serving utensils, disposable plates, napkins, forks, silk flower decorations, serve and handle food rotation, buffet table cleanup, packing of any remaining food with containers and event garbage collection (removal not included). Host will need to supply any tables and linens. Full Service luaus are staffed with two servers minimum for guest counts up to 100 people. One server is provided for every additional 50 guests.
The Aloha Menu, Poipu Menu and Diamond Head Menu are Full Service menus. All Full Service options will include a service charge of 18% toward the total. Gratuity is not included.
Drop Off Service
Drop Off Service is great for people who are on a budget, but still want delicious Hawaiian food. The food is delivered to you hot in disposable aluminum pans. These pans are designed to be dropped into standard industrial size chafers to keep the food warm. These pans can also be reheated in an oven. To use the Drop Off service, simply select the Ala Carte Menu. Delivery charges will vary depending on the distance.

Fees - Additional serving staff is available at $36 per hour with a six hour minimum. Delivery and set up charges are quoted based on distance. Set up requirements will start from $425. Multiple buffet stations may incur additional set up fees. Furniture and equipment, cutlery and china can be rented for $10 to $30 per person depending on items needed. Tax and 18% service charge are added to the final total. Gratuity is not included. A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations and must be made at least two weeks before your event.
